• Partner with team leads to explore operational data
• Classify and categorize data to surface patterns
• Quantify trends and benchmarks for operational questions
• Identify drivers of operational load with data evidence and propose AI

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a degree/masters in Data Science or related field
• Interest in data, project management, and Agile
• Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques
