What you'd do

Help source candidates using various research tools.
Learn basic sourcing techniques and candidate identification.
Research market talent for hard-to-fill roles.
Review resumes and create pre-screening questions for roles.

What they're looking for

Must be a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a relevant degree
Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to commute to Reston, VA, at least two days a week.
