What you'd do

• Represent Varda in contract negotiations
• Manage contract lifecycle from pre-award to post-award
• Ensure compliance with government regulations
• Draft and negotiate various contracts and agreements

What they're looking for

• BA/BS degree in law, business or finance
• 4-6 years of contract management experience
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and government contracts
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
