Define new metrics and identify business indicators
Build dashboards to track performance metrics

What they're looking for

8+ years in Data Science or Analytics
Strong technical expertise in data analysis and modeling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
