• Own manufacturing processes for composite and metallic structures
• Develop detailed work instructions and specifications
• Provide feedback on composite part design
• Implement cleanliness and contamination control procedures

What they're looking for

• B.S. in Mechanical or Materials Engineering
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of structural loads analysis
• Hands-on experience with structural assemblies
