What you'd do

Serve as primary technical escalation for database issues
Triage and prioritize incoming customer issues
Dig into complex database problems
Support customers in setting up and troubleshooting connections and DB

What they're looking for

2+ years in software engineering or similar role
Fluency in SQL and experience with query optimization
Proficiency in Java or Kotlin for coding and debugging
Hands-on experience with relational databases and data lakes
