Support Enterprise, Payments, and Ecosystem teams globally
Negotiate and draft complex fintech transactions
Create and expand contract templates
Aid in contract interpretation and management

What they're looking for

10+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating fintech agreements
Strong understanding of payments and blockchain issues
J.D. or foreign equivalent with State Bar membership
