Support physical design tasks—synthesis, floorplanning, PnR
Analyze and improve design PPA (Power, Performance, Area)
Collaborate with teams to influence design decisions
Implement new flows and tools for optimization

What they're looking for

Pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in EE, ECE, CE, or CS
Understanding of logic design, VLSI, and transistor-level
Familiar with PnR tools and timing analysis
Scripting in Tcl, Perl, Shell, or Python
