What you'd do

• Synthesize novel catalyst formulations
• Conduct reactor testing under realistic conditions
• Scale-up promising formulations for large substrates
• Collaborate with automotive catalyst suppliers on manufacturing techs

What they're looking for

• B.S. or M.S. candidate in Chemistry or related field
• Hands-on experience with chemical synthesis
• Understanding of reaction kinetics and heat transfer
• Strong focus on safe lab practices
