Draft a triage playbook for NDAs and vendor agreements
Build a clause and template library
Use AI tools to create issue-spot summaries for counsel review

What they're looking for

Currently pursuing a JD (2L or 3L preferred)
Completed contracts coursework
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Comfortable with AI-assisted tools
