What you'd do

• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure
• Support user onboarding and help desk tickets
• Help implement and test automation scripts
• Participate in observability projects and configure dashboards

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a相关
