What you'd do

• Create repeatable manufacturing processes
• Build improvement fixtures and workflows
• Conduct process validation and testing
• Document CAD and process workflows

What they're looking for

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or mechanical eng.
• Basic CAD skills (like SolidWorks)
• Comfortable with physical assembly work
• Currently studying engineering or related field
