What you'd do

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
• Maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate with candidates during the interview process
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers

What they're looking for

• 1–3 years in a coordination or HR support role
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
• Comfortable with scheduling across time zones
