• Full-stack troubleshooting of Verkada platform
• Educate customers on installation and configuration
• Own customer issues from creation to resolution
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bugs

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related technical field
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site in San Mateo 5 days a week
