What you'd do

Lead preparation of Form 10-K and 10-Q reports
Manage draft review cycles with internal colleagues
Contribute to financial results analysis
Conduct technical accounting research and assessments of complex deals

What they're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related area
CPA license strongly preferred
5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in biotech or a
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules
